Wedding party Makeup

Hello loves!
How are you all? I am loving the weather. It's november already, seriously, where did the year go? Moving on, since the wedding season has officially started, I was asked by one of my dear friends to do a look for wedding party. So, let's get started.

As I always say it is very important to moisturise your skin before makeup.
Wedding parties can mean long hours so you need your makeup to be in place. So, you need a good primer.

Coming to foundation, use a medium to heavy coverage foundation for it is a special occasion.

Then moving on to concealer, use a shade lighter than your skin tone for you want to highlight your undereye, bridge of the nose and cupid's bow.
For eyebrows, use a dark brown shadow to fill your eyebrows, do not make them dramatic just follow your natural eyebrow shape.

Moving on to the eye look. Now, you do not want too bold eye look but a subtle but attractive one.
You can use the Maybelline blushed nude palette.

I took the orange shade and put it all over my crease area.

Then I went for this champagne colour and put it all over the eye lid and blended it with the crease shade so that the two colours are nice and blended.

Then I went for this white shade and went ahead to highlight my brow bone and inner corner.
I made a thick winged liner near my upper lash line and used a black  kajal to line my waterline.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show, this beautiful pinkish white glitter eyeliner from Lakme. I applied it halfway across my winged liner. This pretty eye liner made all the difference.

Then I used some mascara and a pink blush.
Since it is a wedding you cannot miss your highlighter! So, I went a little overboard with the highlighter, Maybelline V face duo stick and used it on my cheek bones, bridge of my nose, chin and in between my  brows.

For lipstick, I used Colorbar liquid lipstick in Haute Latte and on top of that I mixed a pink lipstick shade by Sephora.

So. this is the final look. I am sure you guys like this look.

Do send me suggestions about makeup looks that you want to see and I will love to do them. Until next time, be happy and keep smiling. XOXO.

One brand Make up look

Hello guys!
I am back with another post. Today's post is a makeup look using products from one brand, i.e. Maybelline. Let's get started.

Before starting with the look, moisturize your face well and wait for 5 minutes for the moisturizer to get absorbed into your skin.

Once I moisturized my face, I used the Fit me Matte+ Poreless Foundation in the shade Ivory to make my face look even-toned.

For concealing, I went with the Fit me concealer in the shade Light.

To set my makeup in place , I dabbed some Fit me pressed powder in the shade Ivory all over my face.

Once, I was done with the face, I moved onto the eyebrows.

To give my eye brows some dimension, I used the Fashion Brow in the shade Grey.

For eyes, I used the Color sensational palette in the shade Tourmaline Purple.

I used the pink shade all over my eye lids upto the brow bones. I used the purple shade on the outer V of the eyes.
I used the white shade to highlight the inner corners of the eyes.

I went with the pink shade for lining my lower lash line.

I used the Hyper glossy liquid liner in the shade electro shock to draw a wing.

I used theGel liner in Black to line my water line.

For mascara, I went on with the Colossal volume express waterproof mascara, an absolute favourite.

For blush, I used the Fit me blush in the shade coral.

For highlighting my cheeks, bridge of the nose and cupid's bow, I used the white shade from the palette I used for the eyes.

For lipstick, I went ahead with neon pink from Vivid Matte range.

This is the final look that came out. This look is so easy and can be worn in the coming festive season with ethnic and western dresses. I have chosen Maybelline because it is easily available and affordable. You guys can definitely try any other brands you like.

I hope you liked this look and would  recreate this look. Do send me pictures of you guys after trying this look and I will post it in my blog. XOXO.

MOTD (Makeup of the Day)

Hello my beauties!!!

How have you been? I know it has been quite a while since Sultan released, right? But that movie, I tell you is so so inspiring! If you have not watched it go watch it. So, moving on, I was playing with some shadows and I ended up creating an eye look which I am totally in love with and thought why not include it in a post!

This look has some shades of brown and also a mix of bright colors like yellow and pink. I have not used an eye liner with it because I wanted the eye shadow to stand out. You can wear this look for fun times with friends . This is a look that is suitable for evening/night. This look would be a killer if you wear a black outfit with it and do not forget to add a statement neck piece with it.

I hope you guys liked my post.  I love you guys so much. Do try this look and I will be back soon.
